QLD permits bioplastic cutlery certified to AS 4736 - Vegware's CPLA cutlery has this certification, certificate viewable on our certifications page.
NSW, VIC, SA, ACT and WA do not permit the use of compostable bioplastic cutlery regardless of certification achieved. If your business operates in these states, consider instead our wooden or paper cutlery alternatives.
